Terms of Service
By downloading or using EasyEquity ("the app"), developed by EasyPlanning, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What EasyEquity is
An app to manually record your assets and debts and track your net worth over time. It works locally, with no bank connection and no account on the free plan.
2. Not financial advice
EasyEquity is an informational and personal-organization tool. It does not constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Projections, simulators and calculations are illustrative estimates based on the data and assumptions you enter, and guarantee no outcome. Decisions you make are your responsibility; consult a professional where appropriate.
3. Plans and payments
- Free: up to 5 items (assets and debts), evolution chart, basic simulator and local mode — no cost.
- Premium: unlimited items, all simulators, detailed projection, milestones, Excel/PDF export and cloud sync.
- Launch prices: €0.99/month, €9.99/year, or €24.99 one-time (lifetime). Prices may change; the one shown at purchase applies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 h before the period ends, from your App Store or Google Play account. Management and cancellation happen in the corresponding store. The one-time purchase does not renew.
4. Your data and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping a copy of it. In local mode, if you lose or wipe your device without exporting your data, we cannot recover it. We recommend exporting periodically (Premium) or enabling sync — and keeping your recovery phrase safe: without it, encrypted synced data cannot be read on a new device.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app unlawfully or in ways that harm the service or third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand and content belong to EasyPlanning. Your financial data is yours.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app or decisions made with its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you as a consumer.
8. Changes and cancellation
We may update these terms (publishing the new version with its date) and the app. You can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, the protections of your country of residence also apply.
